What do I need to begin using Taylored Business Systems?
Taylored Business Systems requires either Internet Explorer version 7 or Firefox to run the administration side efficiently. You will be supplied with a login and password for your account and once you have that you’re ready to go.
Respondents will be able to access and complete the assessments on any web browser.
How do I put the assessments on my website?
Once you have your account set up, you can simply add links to the assessments on your website. The assessments run from the Taylored Assessments server but because they will have your branding throughout, they will look as though they are embedded in your web pages.
How will respondents be able to access the assessments?
Respondents can access the assessments in one of two ways. The first is via a link on your website, which will take them to the assessment required. The respondent will have to complete the assessment there and then, as they will not have a login key to return to it on another occasion.
The second option is to email those individuals who you want to complete the assessment. They will then receive a link to the assessment via email and also a login key which will allow them to return to it at a later date.
Do I need to know HTML to use Taylored Business Systems?
You don’t need any technical knowledge to use the system - it’s simple to use.
Can I use my company’s branding on the assessments?
Yes, you can use your company’s branding throughout the assessments, as well as on the resulting reports.
Can respondents return to an assessment if they exit before it’s completed?
Yes, as long as they have been invited to complete the assessment via an email from the system. This email will provide them with a login key which will enable them to return to the assessment at a later date.
If the respondent has accessed the assessment via a link on your website, then they will not have a login key and will, therefore, not be able to return to the assessment.
Are the results of the assessments provided in report format?
All of the assessments come complete with a report template, which is automatically generated and includes summaries of each section of the assessment, graphs and score breakdowns for each section. Basically, any information you collect throughout the assessment can be linked into your report.
The reports can be generated for an individual respondent or can be used as a comparative tool between different groups in the same company, or, indeed, between different companies, or to evaluate “the knowledge gained” at the end of a project.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer unlimited on-line and telephone support during the first year of your contract with us. If, after that time, you require additional support there is a nominal fee of £499 per annum.
Support is not limited to one person and, as you can have as many people as you wish using the system, we will support up to 5 people and, again, this is unlimited for the first year.
Office hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday GMT time. If support is required outside of these hours it can be arranged to suit your requirements.
What does my license fee include?
The license fee for Taylored Business Systems includes access to all of our professionally designed assessments which can be customised whichever way you wish. You can add your own branding, edit the questions on the assessments and so on. You can also run unlimited assessments and reports as you need them and there is no limit on the number of users for the account.
Unlimited on-line and telephone support during the first year is also included as part of the fee (see above for office hours etc)
Is there a fee per assessment?
If you wish to purchase a single assessment rather than purchase the license fee, then there is a fee, however if you buy in bundles the fee is reduced.
If you purchase the license, however, there is no charge for the assessment templates and the cost per respondent varies depending on how many are bought.
You only pay when you use it!!! There are no high monthly fees linked to numbers of users.
What is your returns policy?
It is our aim to always satisfy our customers, but if you are not happy with our product we do offer a money back guarantee for the first 7 days of your contract with us.
Can the system handle languages other than English?
Yes, you can deploy both the assessments and the reports in any language you choose, i.e. you could create the same assessment in different languages and produce reports in either the same languages or a different one.
