"Prior to being the General Manager of a growing small business, I was a Human Resource Consultant for 14 years. As a Human Resource Consultant I was continually frustrated that the software tools out there in the marketplace were either too inflexible, tried to achieve too much, were way too costly for the value they provided or were not easy to use or design.
